Pizza Hut - Albany

The dining experience was excellent, with quick and friendly service—exactly what you would expect from a Pizza Hut.

I had originally given this restaurant a five-star rating, but after my most recent visit, I feel compelled to recommend against going there. I'm not sure if they're understaffed or what the issue is, but my order was incorrect and the food wasn't great, even after they tried to correct it. Perhaps it's best to remember it fondly rather than risk another disappointing experience.

The staff was attentive, even on a busy Saturday night. The salad bar was beautiful, and the pizza and cheese stations were excellent.

We came in and ordered pizza to sit down and eat, and since we ordered to go, they left us and we are very rude about it. very bad customer service.

I am a Pizza Hut fan and I love that this pizza hut was able to stay open. After a lot of them closed down in the area. That is the positive side of my post.Down fall: today (Saturday)I went into a BUSINESS and order some food. Come to my suprised I walked into a pajama party. Literally... I asked the lady that was helping me what was going on and why does all of the staff have pajamas on? She was so happy to tell me that it was pajama day in the business and the manager approved it. ? how nasty is this. It looked like I was in somesomes house and they DID NOT WASH THEIR BEHIND! I don't understand why management thinks it's okay. This is truly not appropriate in a business especially where food is being served. Can I come in my pajamas for an interview? Why are we sending young adults the wrong message when it comes to work.There is truly something different that you can do for your employees. This is part of the reason the work field is messed up.MANAGEMENT SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEIR SELVES.My 13 year old son even knows better as he told me they look dirty!P.S please take this as positive feedback and make better choices when it comes to our young adults appearance in the work field. I usually take pictures to go along with my post but I don't want to embarrassed anyone.
