Taco Bell - Albany

The condiments and straws at this restaurant are environmentally conscious, which is nice to see. The food and service are consistently reliable and high-quality, guaranteeing a great dining experience. Excellent value for the money.

I have had my fair share of issues with Taco Bell in general when it comes to their specials, but their new Specialty Burritos are fantastic. The taste of the food in this particular situation has consistently been the best in the area, as they are not overly reliant on sauces like others tend to be.

I ordered the drive-thru and got two deluxe friends. The entrance showed what I ordered, but when I came home, I realized that the Steak Chalupa, who should come into the box, was missing from both boxes. When I didn't mention that they weren't in stock, I was charged for the more expensive box, not the only product that the box cost.

There is no comparison. This is the worst Tacoglocke. I ordered 2 Bean Burritos fresco and a Veggie Burrito fresco at the drive-thru. They gave me chicken with cheese, beans with cheese, and extra cheese. Thankfully, they got my order right. I have been to this place about 4 years ago and every time I went, it was the same. It seems that time and staff changes have not made any improvements.

I went there at 12am, they were completely disorganized. The staff didn't know what cars to take the orders to. I double checked my order with the staff and was told multiple time that that was my order, but they got the order completely wrong. I should not have to get off of a stressful night shift and have to deal with this as well. It is a drive through. It is not supposed to be this complicated. I have also gone to the taco bell at midnights during the weekdays when it is supposed to be open until 1am and there is no one there. If those are not the proper hours, please change it on the website. This has happened multiple times.
