Taco Bell - Albany

We have really enjoyed our experience the last few times we've been here. The new staff rocks! Super friendly and efficient and the food was hot and good. Definitely recommend the crispy chalupa. It's my new favorite.

The food was shaved, perhaps prescribed was short and tried to call them, they did not phone there and I am not fan that the lobby comes early into the vicinity and drive thru is mass. we will never go back.

I've been here for years, and I've got false orders, but today was something else? I have never experienced driping wet soft tacos, to this day very disappointed and loaded

Good old Taco bell, that's the last time you failed me. from the Mexican pizza. 5 stars. food was good, hot and fast. Food: 5/5

They go to pick up their order after ordering on the app. when they are there, the app says that eating is ready, but it is not there. workers avoid the counter and ignore asking to their order. the vibes are extremely creepy. if they are patient enough to wait about 10 minutes in this creepy situation, someone will finally give them their food. it's so funny and stupid. I'm going on to eat from a less sociopathic taco bell.
