The Cheesecake Factory - Albany

The staff was friendly, the restaurant is spacious, and the food was excellent! We visited around 4 PM and found it to be busy, but we were seated right away. Our drinks and appetizers arrived quickly, although the main courses took a bit longer since we were a party of six. But the cheesecake selection was the highlight! There were so many varieties that it was hard to choose just one. I highly recommend checking this place out!

I enjoyed the peach lemonade at the Cheesecake Factory during my recent visit. It was a little sweet, but absolutely delightful. The Thai chicken wraps came with a nice variety of sauces that complemented the wraps perfectly. Lastly, I ordered the fish and chips, which were good, but I believe the portion sizes could be better adjusted. Our server, Courtney, was fantastic!

Today, I had the pleasure of having lunch with an old college friend I hadn't seen in 24 years, along with her mother. It was a much-needed birthday celebration. We ordered a lot of food, and everything was absolutely delicious! Our server, Bob, was fantastic! He even brought out a special cheesecake for my birthday! Afterward, he kindly took our picture. Before leaving, he gave us some great advice: don't wait another 24 years to reunite! We'll definitely keep that in mind!

Ordered medium well burger but it was very well done. The bun and 3 slices bacon were excellent. Online states 2 cheeses but check out my picture it seems like there is not much cheese on my burger . Burger itself did not encompass the size of the bunfelt like I was eating a lot of bread. They did follow my online instructions to omit the secret sauce and side mayo. Thefries were not warm piping hot and crispy. Curbside pickup fries were soggy. Should have gone to Wendy 's where piping hot freshfries guaranteed! For $16+ for bacon bacon cheeseburger and fries, I don 't think it was worth. Should 've had a pleasantexperience at 5 guys next door. Funny when I eat inside Cheesecake, their bacon bacon cheeseburgs and fries are served likeit 's worth the $16. But for the recent take out/curbside. , I have not been impressed.

Are you ready for the 411? Here we go?went to Albany to move my daughter out of her dorm and to head back home the next day. After working up an appetite ended up at Cheesecake Cake Factory. Always loving customer service, our server, Tori, was apleasure. She was attentive and made sure to give we were comfortable in the outdoor seating area. The appetizers were fillingespecially the Mac and Cheese balls. For the food, we had the Chicken Potstickers, Chicken and Hibachi Steak and Pasta Carbonara(my favorite dish). While it did take awhile for the food to be brought out, Tori made sure to update us on the status. When thefood finally came our everything was prepared well and tasted delicious. It was quite a big serving that we did not end upeating everything and packed it up for later. For a chain restaurant, it was one of the better ones I have visited which wasprobably due to the time of day as it was not very crowded. If you are ever in the UAlbany area, visit this spot?your collegestudent will definitely appreciate.
