Wendy's - Albany

Taco salad tasted better at a different location maybe it's the way they make their chili

It was great food was fresh and clean place and service was excellent love my Wendy one of my fav from the olden days lol

I feel like all the negative stuff that people have to say i wanted to say something positive. The staff was super kind and sweet. Changed my day! Keep up the good work ladies.

Order was *almost* perfect. The only thing they forgot was the mustard I added to my baconator, which is barely worth mentioning (Im just thorough). I also got a lot more fries than I expected. I upgraded to cheese fries and got the cheese fries AND the regular fries, so I gave the regular fries to my roommate lol (though now that I think about it, the "upgrade" may have just been an add-on, which makes sense for how much the extra charge was). Food was still reasonably warm when I got it, too. Overall Im fairly satisfied. They must have a really good team.

The Italian mozzarella chicken sandwich was not what it was cracked up to be maybe if it was made like it looks on tv it might have tasted better but the marinara sauce was so much it was leaking out of the wrapper the sandwich was cold and the mozzarella cheese was hard the garlic knot bun was disgustingly soggy and had no flavor willing to try again maybe the person who made mines was having a bad day who knows but I will be going to a different Wendys
