Firehouse Subs Henry St - Albertville

The staff was friendly, I ordered on the app. I was a little late picking up my order.. it wasn't ready when I got there. I waited less than 10 minutes for my order. While I waited, I brushed up against their drink area and stuck to it.. it was so sticky my clothes were sticky.As I waited I noticed how dirty the kitchen area was (what I could see of it), not what I expected from a Fire House Subs... not sure I'll eat there again. I have managed restaurants for years, it was after 2:00 that restaurant should have already recovered from the lunch rush.My sandwich was good!

This is a fantastic spot! The customer service was exceptionally friendly, and the bathroom was impressively clean. Highly recommend!

The restaurant is very clean and well-maintained. The prices are reasonable, and the food was enjoyable. My sandwich was a bit cool in the middle, but overall, it was a good experience. The staff were friendly and attentive.

I really like this place. The sandwiches are always tasty and fresh. The staff is polite, restaurant is clean. I really enjoy getting my food and sitting outside under the umbrellas. The only negative I have for this place is the price. It is quite expensive.
