Jack's - Albertville

Didn’t find it very professional that the ones preparing the food were vaping while doing so. Workers were also “snapchatting” behind the counter.

Orders are messy and I never noticed exactly how bad messy and made by someone who has no self respect otherwise u would think they would take more pride in their wrk .. awful compared to Guntersville/ Albertville area .. there bacon egg n cheese was made so neatly and napkins in the bag very polite n sweet at window .. sboro Jack's is lacking alot of good wrkrs .. they may have a few but the food is always just slapped together n wrapper is never properly folded

This place miss leads in so many ways. The amount of cross contamination I have seen from placing frozen patties on the grill with BARE HANDS! and no gloves. Using the same thermometer to check temperature of “cooked” chicken then taking the same thermometer and checking temp of cold food is horrendous! And let me just say the worst thing I have seen it’s bugs cockroaches crawling on the floor seen in the back by deep fryer and lobby makes me sick to my stomach that this could make people sick these people clearly do not understand proper etiquette and serve safe food handling do not eat here unless you want to get sick!!

Food was hot and fresh. Clean atmosphere, kitchen was a little busy but they never missed a beat.

Food was burnt and hard fries taste like they just been sitting in grease all day.
