Buffalo Grill - Albi

We came to lunch as a family with small children. the children received a small pocket, each with color leaves, pencils and a game to worship them and a sign for the playroom. the menu was made with decent options for the children....The portions were very generous, and we also got an salat and brot as an appetizer. service was good, our waiter courtesy and friendly. the playroom was a bonus for the children to turn off the bores that inevitably enters while the adults talk! the Café-Gourmand for pudding was beautiful, with large coffee, although the cream caramel had a strange texture. we would visit again.

I was a little concerned after my friend this restaurant suggested after reading the reviews, but our waitress was super friendly and our cheeseburgers were great. parts; service was very slow a friend salat was very dry and had to ask for...extra dressing twice.

I was really disappointed and shocked by the service in this restaurant. we ordered something and got something else and they were too slow. also eating was not fresh. not recommended

C'est un restaurant correct. La cuisine est simple. Les cuissons des viandes sont bien respectées. On ne s'attend pas à de la grande cuisine quand on vient dans ce genre de chaîne de restauration. Mais on ne ressort pas avec la faim. Les serveurs sont très agréables. Et le service et assez rapide.

Trop Trop long!!!!Plus d'une heure entre notre arrivée et le service des boissons apéritives!!!Un problème au bar en serait la cause (sic)...Les plats servis étaient tout juste tièdes...A noter que lorsque vous commandez des frites en accompagnement vous avez une bonne quantité mais quand vous prenez pomme au four, une seule est servie. En anticipant j'en ai commandé une deuxième.....que j'attends encore!!!Triste expérience.
