El Gallito Mexican - ALBION

This place always charges me more than what the menu says so I dont go back for long periods of time and hope when I do go back I'm not over charged but it happens everytime highly do not recommend eating here

We met our family there on Sun Mar 1, 2020. When we arrived at 3:45 pm, the open sign was flashing and the lights were all on. NO cars in the parking lot. Hours posted on the door said Sunday 11:00am-9:00pm but the doors were LOCKED!!!! We waited till 4:00pm but no one ever showed up!!! Our daughter-in-law found out that they closed early. Hopefully there wasn't an emergency as they didn't even take the time to turn the sign or lights off or put a sign on the door! We went to Subway instead. I would give ZERO stars but that is not an option

Strawberry margarita, steak gallito, and just about everything else that I have ordered has all been excellent

For being close to work and a quick meal if you dont want to go out of town this place is good. I think it's a little higher than most Mexican restaurants. The food I have had is good. The wait staff is ok

Save your money and go anywhere else if you want to be charged for a pickup or to swipe your card and pay. Food is not worth half of what they charge cheese sauce is nothing but water and has absolutely zero flavor. Head to parkersburg or Fairfield this place is a very sad representation of mexican food or any food that you would pay money for.
