Very poor service. Everytime we come here the service gets worse. Had to ask for my side salad after other food was out. Can only get 1 drink because the servers only come to the table to take the order then deliver it. Training needs to be updated or something. Love pizza hut but unfortunately probably will not be returning to the albion location. If I could give 0 stars I would
Ticket was around $65. Left a $10 cash tip so wrote a line through the tip line on the receipt. Bank statement showed transaction was over $90. Manager stated since the receipt had a signature, there was nothing they could do.
The total bill came to about $65, and we left a $10 cash tip, so we crossed out the tip line on the receipt. However, our bank statement reflects a charge of around $90. The manager informed us that since our signature is on the receipt, there’s nothing they can do about it. It seems the underwhelming waitress ended up with a 50% tip.
When I arrived at the window, they asked for my name and then left me waiting there for 25 minutes. By the time I got home, the food was lukewarm. When I called to address the issue, I was told that maybe it took me too long to get home. I live in Albion and have even worked there before, so I know how long it takes. There was a complete lack of customer service, and even the managers I spoke to shifted the blame to "the people in Grand Island." My main concern isn't the wait time; it’s the fact that the food was cold. I understand being short-staffed, but serving subpar food is unacceptable.
