Contribuisci feedbackI pointed out to the employee that the tire pressure system was not working. I was just teased about it like I should **** off. It wasn't even signposted. This resulted in a flat tire. I also informed the seller about this. But it didn't matter. Top service if you point out that a defect sign prevents such breakdowns. Then I was just shouted at when I asked for the boss to talk to him. Only when I asked the Skoda dealer for help did an employee come out and put up some signs. When I went in to them I asked again for the boss. But was just yelled at. When you finally got an audience. Just thought there was something to it yesterday. The seller even claimed she had done something again today before we got there. So I lied to my boss and **** on customers. That's what I call top service, the friendliest treatment of customers. I CAN ONLY RECOMMEND THE MOST HONEST TANKSTE IN GERMANY. NOT. At any other gas station, the employees would take care of it without the need for a branch manager and the condition of the equipment would also be in order.
I don't like writing bad reviews and I immediately have a bad conscience because I only rate one situation, but I would like to describe it: I was filling up at the beginning of July and when I entered the shop I realized that a good seven people had already lined up. At the entrance there was an offer of two baked goods for a cheap price (individually they would have cost something like 1 euro in a basket. I just got my offer. Thought it was cool, I'll take it with me, it's a great offer. The cashier seemed stressed, in a bad mood and was very taciturn. Without a word, she typed in my tank amount and the baked goods and asked me to pay. The amount was wrong because the BW entered were significantly more expensive. I dared to ask in a friendly manner why the BW were different from what was offered at the entrance. The cashier said, annoyed and unfriendly, that the offer was from the previous month and she hadn't put it away yet. No apologies, no warning that the price has changed or whether I still want it at all. By the way, we already had the 3rd or 4th of July. Was so intimidated and didn't want to start a discussion in front of the line that I just paid. Still, it annoyed me a lot. I really don't have a ton of money right now. Thanks to everyone who has read this far. (the two stars are for the team that wasn't there that day and can't help it
After filling up, I quickly got some water and was loudly warned that I should speed up because the cashier wanted to smoke September 30th, 2023 at 1:30 a.m
I was filling up there on Sunday (9/10/23) around 8 a.m. and the employee wasn't very friendly. She was probably annoyed because I had filled up for 40 euros and paid for it with 2 euro coins. She then said that she had too many 2 euro coins (sorry, that's not my problem) and I only had 2 euro coins (sorry that I don't belong to the wealthy or wealthy society and can only pay with banknotes). This lady should be informed about German laws (see Coinage Act (MünzG) § 3 Obligation to accept and exchange) and train in customer service. Aside from the fact that it doesn't take much time to count 20 coins, there weren't any customers behind me or at a gas pump at this time. So not very professional.
Unfriendly team, no hello, no goodbye, also at the night counter, this aggressive selling because you are lazy to walk to the drinks fridge, or sleep in the chair and only wake up when the bell rings twice, or you ring the bell and have to wait until you have 4 rolls has. The fuel prices don't match the gas pump prices, and the real surprise is often 6 cents more expensive. Maybe you'll change something. Sorry for the bad review, but the fact is, it's been like this for months. But from the looks of old reviews, you can only give feedback to keep the customer quiet, but nothing will be implemented.
