This gem of an eatery is hidden up the steps beside the Supermarket in old town. Simple menu serving honest Portuguese food that is filling, tasty and won’t cost a fortune. All the locals eat here so that says a lot. Was recommended by a friend and it didn’t disappoint. Had the Bifana a local Portuguese pork sandwich served with a side of crisps (chips where available). Absolutely delicious served in rustic homemade bread. Coupled with a small beer for only €6! If your in the old town wand want something different for lunch this place is a must.
I had a plate of snails. Very tasty and cheap but not on offer in the menu, so you have to ask for them. Great and kindly service. Would definitely come back.
This is our favourite place to eat lunch , the soup is gorgeous and I cant resist the chicken salad. It's our first and last stop
Where the locals eat. Nothing fancy but the food was terrific and real Portuguese menu. The staff speak limited English but very gracious and friendly. We were in Albufiera in January and February and the restaurant was open limited hours. If you are looking for authentic food and great service, you must eat here.
