We've been eating at all Annapurna locations for the last 15 yrs. To be fair, it's always delicious, except for our last visit yesterday. I ordered the Puri baghi. Usually the Puries are small and puffy and very good. My order last night was more like frybread and very greasie. By the time I got home, I had an upset stomach. The purpose of dining at Annapurna is for healing food, I thought. I love these restaurants and will continue dine there, I just don't understand what happened.
Love this restaurant, however the chefs and workers have ruined this location, santa fe and silver st is 10x better. The owner needs to look into their workers, one time the server threw our meal on the table super unprofessional the quality of the food has gone down hill too but only in this specifc location.
Their food is good. However, they continuously get orders wrong. For example, I asked for TWO orders of falafels WITHOUT spicy sauce and they only gave me ONE order of falafel WITH spicy sauce.
The food lacked sooo much flavor. The amount i paid was definitely not worth it. A worker saw my family walk in and turned around and went to the back. We waited over 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge us. The person who took my order was no help at all after i explained this was my first time trying it. He seemed like he didn't want to be bothered even though my kids and I were the only ones in the restaurant.
