Asian Noodle - Albuquerque

This charming family-owned restaurant is a gem! My friends and I decided to dine here before heading to Art Walk, and we were delighted by the diverse selection of Asian dishes, which included options from both East Asia (Japanese, Chinese) and Southeast Asia (Thai, Vietnamese). We ordered the Teriyaki Chow Mein (if I remember correctly), Spicy Noodles, and Cold Soba. The staff recommended the Fire Ice roll since one of our friends wasn’t very hungry, so we decided to try that as well. We were pleasantly surprised by how delicious the sushi roll was! The noodles were also fantastic—one friend even mentioned that the Cold Soba might become her new favorite noodle dish. Each dish was cooked to perfection. The service was excellent; the staff was attentive and asked if any of us had allergies, even offering to remake my Spicy Noodles if they were too spicy. The owners were incredibly kind and welcoming—truly down-to-earth people. I will definitely return to this place, and I highly recommend everyone give it a try!

I've been visiting this restaurant for quite some time, especially since I've been pregnant. It’s the best place ever—always consistent and dependable! Oh, and they have chocolate fortune cookies! I'm just updating my review to say they're still fantastic! The miso soup is the best I've ever had, and I always love the beef tom yum udon.

I absolutely adore this restaurant! However, it has been closed for a few weeks. Does anyone know the reason for this?

I've been coming here for a while, even more so since ive been pregnant. Best place ever! Consistant and reliable.Ooo! And they have chocolate fortune cookies! I am just updating my review. They're still amazing! The miso soup is the best I have ever tasted. The beef tom yum udon is always my favorite.

Ordered the chefs special for the night (coconut green curry with rice), and it was delicious! So fresh and flavorful. Miso soup was yummy as an appetizer as well. Will definitely be back to try other dishes.
