The food at this restaurant never disappoints - it's always fresh and delicious. The staff were incredibly friendly and funny, even though they were short staffed. Despite this, they did a great job and really made my day. I will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you, BK!

I'm kind of confused because I showed up the last few weeks and there were no one working, or they're just flat outside, hiding and ignoring me. do not remember the time that I showed last week, so I will not use it as an example, but the same happened today. I showed up at 6:45 to get some breakfast before I go to work. there are a few cars on the parking lot I suspect were the workers. I'm going to go to ask if someone is there or if they're open or just say hello. No avail, as I said, ignored or there was just nobody there. I google the hours and supposedly they have been open at this point for almost an hour. that is a shame, because I like eating this especially the breakfast, and they have a gentleman who works drive-through, which I actually taught that they were in a position to pay Google win or pay samsung with a customer phone. we had a discussion about not everything that apple pays. point to be that he was a good worker and made pleasant talk and was always helpful. So I don't like to give bad reviews to the restaurants I enjoy, but that's the second time it's very pretty. I used to be a restaurant owner of a franchise and I would have appreciated any kind of review well or badly to make my facility a better place. not the owners, so not sure they even take care. the icing on the torte tho, I drive a little away to the other burger king away from wyoming boulevard and spanish road. low outsight, they are actually open and very helpful very nice advice pleasant and gave me a deal about some breakfast items that I did not know, so that he could have taken more money and I would not have been the wiser. but he helped me to help me save some money. this burger king now gets my money. not the one I started with this rating of alameda at the beginning.
