Chili's Grill - Albuquerque

This definitely appears to be one of the better chili spots around. We always have a great time when we visit, usually coming by about once a month.

Our server at the bar was clearly overwhelmed, but she did her best to handle the situation. Unfortunately, there were two instances where the runners brought the wrong orders. It seems that management did not support her effectively.

Wow, they were really busy, and the systems weren’t functioning properly. The employees seemed a bit stressed, but when they interacted with customers, they were all smiles and making jokes. I was really impressed that they prioritized getting our son's food out first and ensured he was eating. Our meals came later, but it didn’t take away from the experience. To the manager, thank you for keeping your staff motivated and doing a great job. To the staff, thank you for making our weekly dinner such a fantastic experience. We may not be wealthy, but you made us feel like VIPs! Thank you all so much!

Went with a friend pretty close to closing time as we had just finished working. We still got amazing service and amazing food! We felt bad but our server was super nice the whole time! The sirloin was SO good.

Food was great . Service has been better , last few times had to wait long periods of time to see our waitress, had to ask another waitress for help .
