The man working at the counter was very helpful. The Lotte I ordered was just okay, nothing extraordinary or outstanding. I would return to try something else. I heard that their hot chocolate is fantastic, so I would like to go back and try it.

This place is amazing. Greg, the head barista, is a genuine artist who goes above and beyond to create the perfect espresso. I ordered an unsweetened mocha and he made it with cocoa powder instead of syrup, ensuring it was made correctly, even though it is more difficult to work with powder. Greg is also very personable, which is a rare trait in a true barista. The restaurant is a great community hub with good wifi and a peaceful atmosphere, especially in the late morning.
