Little Caesars Pizza - Albuquerque

Every time I come to a hot and ready lunch combo, they are NIE hot and ready... Even if the shield says hot and read between 11 and 2 pm.. end up waiting 10 minutes for your pizza anyway. what the point hot and ready??? Just order your pizza hut or Papa John 's and wait 10 minutes

This is always a very busy location. Just be patient and her? They're trying.

I really don't like getting myself at this point. I hired an online order at 6:00. You never answer the phone. You go in and it's all you hear. Phones ring. The four employees working here are always busy standing around. Then hide from customers. No team communication or calls like other shops. Instead of just pushing around and finally the drive has to bend through the window. I hate coming here. It's the only one near me. I shouldn't have to wait until 19:20 to finally get my order! The one in Belen is 1000 times better than here and they are in the Stix!

Terrible service!! Wait 30 minutes in the snake to get to the window and they had no pizza, except online! You wasted my time, money and gas. 45 minutes more waiting that math does not add!!! No wonder why you guys make a low minimum wage, not even worth it! You owe me my time, money and gas that you have wasted!!!! If you cannot serve your customers?

Ordered pizza delivery at 7:15, is now 9:45 and still not here. Called little Cesar's 1.800 at 9 and after a 10 minute wait was told it had just left. 20 minutes later, called door dash. She stated the lady was extremely aggressive and wouldn't give her our order so they've called the police. Now waiting for a return call for little Cesar's for a refund or just transfer the funds as a tip to the poor door dash lady. I wasnt there, so don't know what happened but my pizza clearly isn't here, and there are similar reviews on this store. Horrible customer service. Do yourselves a favor, go to one of the other stores around, 98th is always excellent customer service.
