Scarpas Brick Oven Pizza 2

Every time I get in the mood for really good pizza and lots of veggies, Scarpas my place. I've been going there for years (at least 5-10) and I can honestly say it rocks. When my family comes into town they want to go there too (even though they are way more vanilla and just order the pepperoni). This is one pie for the little guy!

Unfriendy and unprofessional. The service could have been a lot better.

I have found the waitresses in this restaurant to have an attitude and a lack of professional attitude towards the customer. It happened with one of them and I thought maybe that waitress is having a bad day but on my second time there I was sure of it when my wife ordered a Salad and I ordered a Pizza and after waiting for 20 minutes I asked the waitress how long the food is going to take to arrive and she said: well its not a fast food restaurant and walked away. She could have said it will be another 5 minutes or let me check but to walk away with that sentence is way rude in my opinion. So I would NOT recommend this place to any one.

Date night with the hubby and neither of us had been here before. We got Pizza the Greek, Spinaci Salad, Scarpa Bread, and Torta Di Mele for desert with the cinnamon ice cream. The Brick Oven pizza did not disappoint the pesto was on point and the thin crust was great. Overall flavor was amazing. Salad was also amazing, I recommend squeezing the lemon over the salad it really adds to the flavor. The bread was also great for only being a dollar! The the best part was the desert. The pastry, apples, and cinnamon was prefect. So tasty!! Recommend for sure!

Service: the service was disappointing I sat at the bar for almost ten minutes before being asked if I had been helped. If you are working the bar and haven't helped me, chances are I have not been helped yet. The guy who did finally take my order didn't seem very happy. Yes it was late, but I wasn't asking for free food! Lol Food: the food I ordered was not correct, what I received was tasty though! (To clarify I got my food to go so I couldn't just return it) the buttery noodles my daughter stole from me was really good. The green chile fettuccine was also good, however my daughter ordered the kids fettuccine and was not happy with the surprise green in her noodles. The signature dessert they have on the menu is fantastic even to go!! In summary, the food is delish the service was less than desirable. I did call about the incorrect order and they do plan to comp me a dish, but grumpy service makes me in no hurry to go back.
