Ten 3 - Albuquerque

The atmosphere and service was amazing. The food though tasty was not worth the price. My Chilean sea bass after it was warm was very chewy. I was supposed to have roared potatoes on my dish there were three and they were extremely salty. I had a lot of bock choy. The filet was tasty but we have been other high end restaurant where the quality was better. It was a nice experience but we probably won't do fine dinning again. The price we paid was over valued for the quality we received in our meal.

Wonderful food and amazing ambiance. I would have to say this is arguably the best fine dining experience in NM sorry Santa Fe! It is also very expensive, but everything including water and the help has to be brought up on the tram or driven up the backside of the mountain. Ten3 is definitely a worthy experience!

I wasn't going to write, because I know that there's a labor shortage and you're probably not doing anything about this. Our waiter (Cruise/Cruz) was unprofessional and quite simply, a jerk. When I asked him about the entrées, he was rude and asked me how many times have I eaten at the restaurant before. I was asking questions since it seems like the wedge salad was a play on a wedge salad and the macaroni and cheese isn't traditional which is totally fine, but I wanted to know if the filet would be traditional or a play on the dish. He was so unbelievably confrontational that we lost our appetites, asked for the check and left before our entrees. I waited tables for many, many years and never made a customer feel belittled. I was in fear of my safety with combativeness tone. Beyond his attitude, his pace in ordering was too fast compared to the patrons around us and he never described a dish to us like I could hear the waiter to the left of us doing. He needs an attitude adjustment. We tipped him 20% and left without another confrontation but I'm sure if you look at his percentages of tips he'd be on the low end. You may be saving money by having boots on the ground with him but you're losing more with folks like me sharing my bad experience with others.

Everything was so amazing. The food was perfect. Our waiter was great. The atmosphere is unmatched. I highly recommend Ten 3 and would absolutely come back next time I'm in Albuquerque.

Great evening with good friends and our waiter was excellent and attentive. Just don't go early to have a drink at the bar as they have no place for you to sit inside if you want a drink before dinner and the patio was way to cold. We had no idea we could not do that. Food was excellent. Could have a few more vegan options. I requested vegan options when I made reservations and to our pleasant surprise our waiter knew this. He was really good.
