Tia B's La Waffleria - Albuquerque

First time in this establishment. Walked it I said “hello” to the front counter person. Dead silent. Asked some questions and was given very short answers! We did arrive after 1pm. BUT we were in and out before 2 at closing time. The blue corn waffle was delicious!!

What a wonderful idea for a restaurant. Everything you love about crêpes but with waffles now. Pictured is the Salmon Lox waffle.

First time here I had the cherry and goat cheese waffle. It was absolutely amazing. my significant others have the bacon-and-eggs. I was extremely impressed with how much bacon was in The waffles. I will definitely be going back on my return trip. I really want to try the chicken and waffles.

Really a hidden gem in Albuquerque! Very unique and quaint! The food was awesome!

Overall we enjoyed our experience. We both got a Savory Waffle and they were delicious. The lattes were good as well. Nice outdoor seating. As many of the other reviews mention, the woman that took our order was impatient and rather snooty. The waitstaff were sweet and helpful though and made our experience better.
