Wendy's - Albuquerque

The restaurant was short-staffed and really hustling to get orders out. I waited at the drive-thru for quite a while just to get a Frosty, and they ended up offering it to me for free! I have great respect for those who work hard for a living. They could have easily called it a day, but they stuck around for us. Thank you! You guys are amazing!

If I was only rating this Wendy's vs. Other Wendy's it would be 5/5. There is a Wendy's close to walking distance from my house but I drive to this location because they move the drive thru quickly, they are better with order accuracy and more polite than the Wendy's near my house.

I had a fantastic experience with the hot baked potatoes, and the service was incredibly friendly. The lovely girl with purple hair was exceptionally kind, and the food was outstanding—definitely not what you'd expect from a Wendy's!

Outstanding customer service! The staff working today (June 3, 2022, at 11:30 PM) exceeded all expectations for a fast food restaurant. They truly deserve a big round of applause.

All Wendy's locations no longer seem to uphold the same standards. I’m on a quest to find one that operates properly and has a friendly staff. Unfortunately, I’ve been treated poorly, almost like livestock, and the service is lacking. Most of the time, the lobby is closed, which means customers are forced to wait in the drive-thru for ages, totally undermining the convenience of that service. When you do find a location with an open lobby, good luck there too. I waited for eight minutes with no one in sight, and when someone finally emerged from the restroom to assist me, it was quite disappointing. The decline in customer service at Wendy's is noticeable, and some of their menu items seem to be a mystery. It might be time to take a closer look at their operations.
