Wendy's - Albuquerque

The customer service was good and the food was fresh. The restaurant lobby is open until 10pm.

The staff was very kind and efficient tonight, thanks for making it a great evening. We are in the middle of moving!

We love Wendy's been going here Since I was a kid I love the square burgers.

I was on Wednesday, 21 september in a brown jeep liberty. waited on the order screen for approx. 8-10mins then drove away at 5:00 a.m. because nobody tried to take my order or wait me. no one said, "may they please wait" or responded after I said hello several times to at least make sure they were open. When I drove past the windows, the whole staff just stood there and saw nothing to do. at this point I just laughed and drove away, because apparently nobody took care of it. that's the THIRD time that happened. I explained description and date because if the owner or franchise really care about their sales and service that provides the personal, they can check their cameras and address the problem. not one that usually complain, but the convenientness of the almost food is not convenient when its waist of time.
