Contribuisci feedbackI've been a fan of Whataburger for many years. For franchise food it remains consistently good. Nothing like home cooked but still consistently good. Don't let those three star ratings on service and atmosphere fool you. I leave room for places thathave better, and three stars is probably my top rating for fast food. Usually the folks at the counter or at the drive-thruwindow at Whataburger are pretty nice. Most recently I had to even compliment the gal who took my order because I told her hercheerful attitude brightened to my day. That says something because sometimes you go to a fast food place and the young folkswho work there seem like they don't care. So it could be the location or it could be the franchise. Probably means they take thetrouble not to hire idiots. But whatever the reason, I had a good experience.
I love Whataburger. I don't live near any, so when I travel to places near one, I always stop. This one has really put me off for a bit. Arrived at 6pm on a Sunday. Drive thru was busy, but moving, and dine in was empty, so I parked and went in. Orderwas taken by 6:11. Order wasn't delivered until 6:47, and that was with the cashier bugging the cooks 3 times about the order.To the cashiers credit, she seemed to be the only worker in the place, trying to clean the restrooms and work the counter whileothers stood around. An attempt to talk to a manager was worthless. He couldn't understand why someone would be upset waiting 30min for a chicken sandwich To make the experience all the more worse, an email to corporate just resulted in a canned sorry response, and a clear indication that they didn't bother to read the comments in the original message.
Whataburger as a company must have a policy that says that the journey times must be at least 10-15 minutes, and that is before they give up an order. eating is good, but it's not worth waiting. it is a small location at a terrible location, but at least the ice machine works.
The person who took my order did not listen to what I wanted. He was rude when I tried to tell him I didn't hear right. I have my money back. first bad experience in this whataburger on osuna. service: 1/5
Never tried before, but heard good things about it. eating was good, but not great. but I love the chicken sandwich! it was fantastic! food: 4/5
