However, not telling customers when they order said product, and expecting them to be okay not getting it but still paying for it makes absolutely no sense. No apology from the manager on duty. Just an attitude asif I was wrong for not wanting to pay what I didn't get.
The burger was juicy and the fries were crispy and hot. The service was really good. The person who took our idea was new and did her best to ensure we received our order promptly and accurately. Great job!
Tried the new Chili Cheesburger (minus the Onions). DANG! That burger is huge! I thought I was really hungry ... But I barely finished 1/2 of it and then had to wrap it up to take home and finish it up later. Taste was good and the crunch of the cornchips mixed in with the chili. That 's a good one! Whataburger needs to create this burger in a small version if anyone isgoing to have a chance of finishing it in one trip.
Night shift is usually slow, and appears that they are always confused on what they are doing. Ordered a bacon burger that took 20 minutes with a short line. Received cold.. bacon was undercooked and fries were hard old and cold. This has happened multipletimes at this location. Won't be coming back at night.
I went in for a patty melt was so disappointed that my meat was uncooked very cold this is the first time I?ve ever experienced this. But this location has disappointed me on numerous occasions I won?t be back. Update : I then went through thedrive-thru to see if it was a different experience no just still extremely let down. I was greeted by a young lady that wasvery rude then my food was prepared extremely fast to be fresh I checked the order of course hard old fries patty melt wasnot toasted was cold
