When the food finally arrived, the pizza was hot but the souvlaki was cold and looked like it had been microwaved by the cook in the kitchen. The burger was hard and the meat was cold, despite bringing it up to the waiter. The service was shocking after such a long wait. They should bring back the chef who used to be in charge, Anne.
My first visit to the Commercial Club was disappointing. For lunch, I ordered a prawn roll but was served one with seafood extender instead of prawns, which I left uneaten on the plate. The Chicken Focaccia was flat and tasteless, also left uneaten. The only positive was the pot of tea, which was great. The venue itself was nice and the chips were decent. Overall, I was disappointed by the poor quality of the food and questioned how chefs could send out such subpar dishes to customers.
During our stay at a nearby motel, we found a fantastic club with a variety of dining options. They offer live music and dancing from Wednesday to Sunday. We particularly enjoyed the meals at the cafe, as they were very reasonably priced. The grill restaurant also had good food, but it was a bit expensive. The service was excellent overall.
Headed her for Mothers Day lunch, food was great, service was great, can't fault anything. There was no delay in service, pricing was good, we look forward to our next visit.
Shocking food the steak was really tough. The menu was really goid but the steak was ordered medium and come out burnt. Shocking chefs/cooks
