Monumental Ice Creamery - Albury

This restaurant serves delicious, creamy treats made with local ingredients that truly shine. Their waffle cone features strawberry ice cream on the bottom and Jacks Cake (chocolate, caramel Mars bar) on top. The cup option is chocolate mint with hot chocolate fudge. It is significantly better than Cold Rock ice cream.

During our two-week stay in Albury, we made sure to visit Monumental every chance we got after discovering it. The fresh sorbets and tasty ice cream flavors were truly outstanding. Highly recommended!

Albury/Wodonga is my go-to place to eat. The flavors are amazing, the service is excellent, and the prices are reasonable! During my last visit, I tried the chai yogurt with cherry sauce and both flavors were absolutely delicious.

Wow, amazing sorbets, clearly marked as dairy-free and all gluten-free too. This made life very easy for my daughter and I. The four-year-old says it 's the best strawberry 'ice-cream ' she 's ever tasted and the tutti frutti was superb. <br/ <br/ As a bonus, our cups were biodegradable recycled cardboard and the spoons were wooden. Apparently many of the ingredients are sourced locally too. Such a lovely experience. I 'd recommend this to anyone. It will be a regular stop on our road trips from now on and I envy the locals who get to have it all the time!
