Hatchers On Target Bbq - Alcoa

I typically don't expect much from BBQ on a weekday, but this place exceeded my expectations. Both the meats and sides we tried were excellent. It was definitely worth the short five-minute drive. Thank you for the great service!

The brisket was outstanding, and both the Carolina and Better Together sauces were fantastic. The side dishes were also very enjoyable. The peach cobbler was amazing!

This was the first restaurant we visited right after landing from Texas, and it exceeded our expectations! Everything was incredibly tasty. We ordered the slider trio, fries, okra, mac and cheese, potato salad, and hush puppies, and it was all AMAZING! We also had the pleasure of chatting with the owner, who made us feel right at home. If you’re ever in Alcoa, Hatchers is an absolute MUST!

The food is Soo good the service is amazing. Dave his wife are such great people with good hearts. We eat there a lot don't have not 1 complaint.

My wife I finally made it here, everything was delicious! She ordered the 3 Slider plate one each chicken, pulled pork brisket. All very tasty! I ordered the 2 Meat plate with brisket smoke sausage, 2 sides. The brisket was delicious, but 3 small slices is more a sampling than a serving. Sausage was very tasty, hush puppies were amazing. Cole slaw is cole slaw. Nice cold beer selection, too! We'll be back!
