Mcdonald's - Alcoa

We ended up going to McDonald's for Mother's Day because everywhere else was crowded and the wait times were long. We ordered Egg McMuffins, and they were delicious. The staff was excellent, and both the interior and exterior of the restaurant were very clean and lovely.

We rarely visit McDonald's, but we were in the mood for a Coke Slush. Unfortunately, a nearby McDonald's couldn’t assist us because their machine was broken. We decided to drive to this location, and it was just what we needed. Thank you!

I need to share my experience: I was charged more than the usual order amount. The digital display at the drive-thru didn’t show the total. When I asked for a receipt, I was told the printer was out of paper. This seemed like a perfect opportunity for a manager to step in. Usually, McDonald's addresses customer feedback, but in this case, it didn’t happen.
