Historic restaurant, honest food, we took the Alcobaca salad and seafood salad: very tastfull. Quick and friendly service.

The total experience was bad! From the moment we walked in. The owner- manager couldn’t understand our order, asked the same questions over and over again. Finally she put it through on her notebook and left. A few people came after us and were served with wine and appetizers right away. We waited and waited for ours until we asked if it was forgotten. It was!!!!! But it wasn’t the worst part of our experience. When our entries came , none of them were eatable, especially the most expensive tomahawk steak. After we complained that it was not chewable, the manager was really an aggressive and said it’s the most tender meat ever. Duck and other steak were dry and tasteless . When we asked for extra paper napkins, she asked us what we’ve done with ours. No apology followed! Ruined dinner, bad after taste and big disappointment after all. Stay away from this place and do not waste your money and time !!!!!

We loved this place. From the beautiful friendly service by Maria and her staff to the wonderful food, it was a fabulous lunch. We ordered from their tapas menu, where you get three items which turned out to be a lot of food. We could have split one, for sure. The service was wonderful, and the dishes we each received were delicious, a very creative menu. Talented husband and wife team and such a pretty, elegant interior. We will be back for sure.

I’ve been here several times before and typically have the pleasure of chatting with the owner and getting really fabulous, warm, professional service. Anytime family or friends visit from the US, I insist that we go to Pratu’s. Although the food was spectacular as usual, the service was less than. Our server on Saturday wasn’t warm and was actually a bit standoffish. Fortunately, the other two servers were better. It was a bit disappointing as the food and atmosphere are so spectacular. I hope he was just having an off day.

O Pratu 's é um lugar agradável excelente para cultivar a convivialidade. As entradas da casa são irresistíveis . Quanto ao resto o magret de pato até estava no ponto mas a mistura que o envolvia era bizarra : massinha orzo , favas , cenouras baby uma perfeita manta de retalhos desnecessária que avilta este prato tão iconic o. O chesecak com um recheio sensaborão e uma bolacha seca e pouco crocante também desiludiu. Salva-se o atendimento e o cenário agradável de uma sala bem acolhedora. Um lugar a merecer um regresso para um veredicto definitivo.
