I love hamburger and this is the right place to enjoy a good one great service, I’ve mood. Well recommended

The place is nice, not all workers speak English but they are kind and polite. The food may be good but my steak was full of nerves and I choose to don't eat it. I didn't complain, it was the highest menu beef of 16 euro. Sad. The chichen ordered by my wife was better. Nice the chips. In my opinion quality of food is 6 to 10, but I can mistake and it can be more.

If there was a possibility of a negative review, this would apply here. If you have read my past reviews it's honest. Where do I start? 5 staff inside with just 2 tables occupied by 3 people each, me and my friend went in, tables and floors were dirty, we sat down expecting a menu, after about 10 minutes we walked to the bar area and collected the menu ourselves. Next we waited to order another 10 or more minutes none of the staff were paying attention, all hurdled up in a group chatting, laughing with their backs towards the customers. Once our food was ready the kitchen staff put it out for service, it sat there more than 15 minutes despite one staff having seen it. Long story short fries came out cold we asked them for fresh ones they refried the same ones in an old oil which smelt fishy... The attitude of the staff was unbelievably rude... First time in my life I asked for a complaint book. BTW no manager on duty. We ended up paying for food we barely ate. Never again.

The food is great, the decor is amazing, my only issue was with the service. We went during odd hours so maybe that was the reason, but they were just far too slow in their service. Apart from that its a wonderfull place and I absolutely recommend it !
