Avis Alcolea - Alcolea del Pinar

We 've stopped here several times for coffee and to buy the excellent local bread they sell in the bar. This was the first time for lunch. There´s a 3 course set menu for 12.50€ with a large choice of dishes, almost too many! As starters we both chose 'pisto ' (ratatouille) with a fried egg on top. All the vegetables come from their own extensive kitchen garden and it was very good. As main courses we had 'costillas falsas a la brasa ' (the best part of spare ribs) with sea salt and 'longaniza ' (Aragonese sausage) with fried potatoes. And the traditional desserts are homemade. Portions are large and for the faint-hearted it´s possible to have a 'half-menu '. We went early at 13.30 but an hour later the large restaurant was filling up with locals and lorry drivers (always a good sign).

Este restaurante es muy acogedor, tranquilo y perfecto para relajarse después de un largo viaje.

Espectacular cena casera y en abundancia el arroz muy buen sabor y el grano en su punto el churrasco una pasada. Además t dejan duchar gratis si cenas y el precio es lo mejor

Un buen sitio para descansar o comer a precios moderados muy recomendable

La pena es que el restaurante está en las afueras de Soria.
