There´s a 3 course set menu for 12.50€ with a large choice of dishes, almost too many! As starters we both chose 'pisto ' (ratatouille) with a fried egg on top. All the vegetables come from their own extensive kitchen garden and it was very good. As main courses we had 'costillas falsas a la brasa ' (the best part of spare ribs) with sea salt and 'longaniza ' (Aragonese sausage) with fried potatoes. And the traditional desserts are homemade. Portions are large and for the faint-hearted it´s possible to have a 'half-menu '. We went early at 13.30 but an hour later the large restaurant was filling up with locals and lorry drivers (always a good sign).
