Went here looking for some authentic Spanish tapas in a beautiful setting. Thank God we had a reservation as some people were queuing for aaaages despite half the tables being empty, even so it took us half an hour to order a drink as they seemed to have a lot of staff rushing around who would all point to someone else who needed to take our drinks order!? Odd. Ordered a variety of tapas and most were very tasty and a good size portion. Unfortunately every time we wanted to order something it was incredibly difficult to do so, and there were lots of loud Brits around with screaming children who ruined the vibe a bit. Food and drinks were nice.. but it wasn't the cute romantic setting we were hoping for.

Firstly we forgot to book so had to queue but we were sitted within 15 minutes, ordering was prompt and food arrived with 10 minutes, then the problems began, we had to try and catch someone’s attention to order a second round of drinks which took ages felt as if we where being ignored, and when we finished our meal the staff took over 15 minutes to clear the plates and ask if their was anything else we needed, we just asked for the bill. After another 15 minutes or trying to get someone attention again, my partner physically went to a waiter and asked for the bill again. It then took them about 5-6 minutes to locate the payment device. We felt that as a couple the waiters attention was on the larger groups, obviously hoping for a better tip. We can not fault the food we both had steaks and they were cooked perfectly. Just the service let them down, if you cannot manage the amount of tables you have get more staff.
