I went with high expectations, I saw the place on Instagram and it looked amazing. But I'm sure to report that it was horrible, we arrived and it was already inhumanely hot, and there was only one fan. We started by ordering our beer to help cool us down and they simply took over 30 minutes to send the drinks. The food doesn't even mention how long it took, it tasted ok, but nothing worth the price. The Al Marda risotto dish certainly doesn't serve two people as stated on the menu and cost 190 reais. The owner of the place was rude and completely disorganized, he kept shouting at the waiters inside. It certainly wasn't the type of environment I was looking for, I was just angry, a high price like that expected a better standard. They said that the place itself is nothing special, walls are peeling, they are far from what they sell on their Instagram and what they charge. Bizarre experience. It 's difficult to describe the number of problems we had while having lunch there. Upon arriving we were informed that there was a wedding in half of the restaurant and that 1 we would have to wait around 30 minutes to be seated and 2 there would be no tables by the window. We accept. We ended up waiting just 5 minutes and sat in the lounge. A few minutes later, a couple who arrived after us and who were not at the wedding were seated at the window. That 's when the disrespect for their customers began. We ordered the parmesan truffle fries. The photo on the menu distorts the product they serve. You see an artisanal potato, thin, with the skin, well fried, with caramelized cheese on top. And you get a frozen potato, pale, with parmesan from a bag spread across the potato, with cheap truffle oil sprinkled on it. Shameful. The passion fruit caipirinha was OK. Proportionately little fruit, and a lot of sugar. But it wasn 't a disaster, like the rest. Main course: steak al poivre with potato rostie, one of the stars of the house. We ordered it rare and the waiter, when he came to serve it, informed us that it was well done. They made a mistake. We asked to correct it, and witnessed the embarrassing scene of one of the owners, in the middle of the restaurant, arguing loudly with the waiter for having given the wrong order. Detail: it was not the waiter who had commanded it, but one of the owners themselves. This same owner comes to the table and apologizes for the mistake, with the following joke: it 's good that I keep you waiting longer and, being hungrier, you 'll like the food more . As if it wasn 't embarrassing enough, when the food arrived, I can calmly say: it was the WORST potato rostie I 've ever eaten in my life. Soft, bland, brittle, flavorless, without the characteristic crunchy part and to top it off, with the same cheap parmesan spread on top ? . You have to work really hard to make such a bad Rostie. The meat and sauce were OK, but the disaster was already done. To top it off, when paying, they bring 2 separate machines for you to pay the bill and the 10% of the employees. Only the 10% machine had no signal. We insisted on paying the 10% on the normal machine, but they said it wasn 't possible and that we could go without paying that part. In other words: due to yet another management error, the waiters were left without the extra money they just had to accept payment at the normal machine and not harm their own employees. A place that doesn 't respect its employees and doesn 't respect its customers. He accused the waiter in public of a mistake that wasn 't his, they avoided paying the 10%, shameful food.
