Be it 5 minutes or 10 minutes.Double checked ample times that order is correct, just to get home and it not be.Tonight took the icing on the cake. Arrived 15 minutes before closing, was completely ignored at the drive through and the window. Watched as they helped three more people and phoned to be told “sorry we missed you, come back through.” Showed back up to be told they can’t do anything on their menu but chicken.If your staff wants to leave right at 10, close a half hour earlier so they have time to clean. Reducing your menu to one item 1/2 hour before closing is ridiculous.
Place was filthy, had to ask them to clean a table and there was a puddle on the floor in front of the order counter. (yes, wet floor sign up, but a puddle??? first teller could not figure out what we wanted and walked away. Other worker looked over , saw she was not there and came over to help. Said twice both orders were combos, didn't notice price did not reflect proper order. Hubby asked for not lettuce, extra mayo twice, came with no lettuce or mayo they corrected that. Hubby's chicken sandwich was good, but my twister was soooo bad, small pieces of chicken that were old, a few piece's of lettuce, and a sprinkling of underripe tomatoes.
I just picked up my order at 10:50am and saw the fried chickens of my order coming out from an oven. When we gonna eat our early lunch at 11:00am, the skins of the meat are wet like these were coming out from a fridge over night and failing reheated. Is it legal to do so???? Now we have to reheat them with air fryer to get rid of the fridge-like wet and smell.
It was gross and in the back it had an ant infestation and sticky tables everywhere, they also were out of chicken for 15 mins kinda weird since it's a chicken place
One of the best tasting KFC I have tasted. No greasy.
