I am extremely disappointed by the behaviour of rude staff who denied that the egg and cheese in a biscuit that I bought was not burnt literally black and she said that’s as per the protocol they do ,I mean common I go to Tim hortons day and there has been instances of serving burnt biscuit and even after showing that it is but they refused right in front of my face .Please train your staff and do quality check. This franchise is appalling. My son has a tomato allergy and specifically requested a dish without tomatoes. He was assured that his meal would be tomato-free. However, upon receiving the dish, I discovered tomatoes hidden within it. This negligence is unacceptable and poses a serious risk to customers with allergies.
