Before I start this review, let me tell you that I washed my hands several times after leaving the pit stop, gave my children a bath, washed some more bad and even washed my hands again.

A literal BBQ Pit Stop off the side of Rt50, THE Pit Stop is an incredible place to get some premium BBQ.

Before I get started with the review I will provide a disclaimer: I am unabashedly Texan and therefore, very serious about barbecue.
