Contribuisci feedbackAn authentic Basque cuisine, a warm welcome, the chef in the kitchen comes to chat with guests in the room, the reservation is not necessary although desirable to have the room and finally, a perfectly blurred road of the center of Aldudes.
We are on camping because and there is room and shade. We were able to buy some products from the farm. Very good reception and very nice location
Warm welcome without reservation, excellent Basque cuisine, home, with local products. Very good starting point for hiking in the region.
What to say about this farm inn found by chance by visiting this beautiful Aldudes region. Authentic Basque cuisine prepared with passion, particularly friendly staff that welcomes you as at home. Our meal was really great. Here everything is homemade, even the Basque cake. An axoa like nowhere else. The sanitary rules are respected and the chairs disinfected after each visit what not all restaurants do today...bref, you can go the eyes closed!
Excellent meals, taken in the shade in the welcoming courtyard. The best Basque cake I've ever eaten, slightly crunchy on top. Accompanied with an excellent refined sheep cheese, for once served without the confiture of compulsory cherry elsewhere, but without real traditional foundation (in time, this jam. was normally served with a little fresh cheese, so it is an ineptia to serve it with a refined cheese. We find in store some of the menu but canned dishes, and the vacuum cheese, the story of prolonging the pleasure at home... As for the room and the sanitary, they are of an irreproachable cleanliness. We'll come back if we can.
