Place has advertising for workers, they are in desperate need of them. that is, my mother ordered a banan split $6.50 on the menu. was charged an extra $2 for a banana, for a total of $8.50 I asked the girl and she said that this is just the kind we ring it? if they saw a price for a Banana split, they wouldn't think that's the price of everything that goes in it? the ice was excellent! but a spoon of hot fudge on a hot fudge sun? a drink she was told three times without ice, but still stuck in him. Sounds smarter. Maybe she was new, but I wasn't impressed by the waitress. it was like she didn't want to be interested and not there. maybe more training? even if I had just ordered one, it would have been good!

Im not impressed by this restaurant. It may be due to the help wanted sign but not being acknowledged when standing at the counter is not good customer service.If you are on phone please stop for a second to say it may be a couple minutes to wait on you.Its okay if you dont mind it frozen then fried.I wish morecrestaurants would use fresh foods! Take advantage if summer foods change up the menu use fresh vegetables, fresh meat.

To slow needs more help and people answering the phone need to pay more attention to taking the customer order, I was there Friday evening went to pickup my order and one of my plates was left off ,and when I went to order the other plate ya were out of one piece of chicken and at the time colsaw had not been made up yet.

Do you like cold fried food? Do you like to wait 20 minutes to order when only 2 tables are occupied? Would you prefer a 45 minute wait for your food, 25 of which you get to watch it sit under a heat lamp? If you said yes then Buck's is the place for you!
