Hardee's - Alexander City

The ladies working there this morning were incredibly friendly and very patient! We ordered a variety of dishes for the whole family. The service was polite and quick, and the food was delicious and served hot.

I really enjoy the steak, egg, and cheese cookies at this restaurant. There's a woman I adore who always strikes up a conversation with my dog when I bring her along. If I come without my dog, she always asks where she is. I truly appreciate this lady; she's kind and lovely. I wish I knew her name. The last time I visited, I inquired about her, but unfortunately, she wasn’t there.

They're usually quite efficient, but today marks the third consecutive time my order has been incorrect. You might also want to consider a few driving tips for the jackets in the Sylacauga area. It seems like something has changed recently. However, I did notice that both the food and service were much improved this week. Thank you!

Surprisingly, the young lady in the drive-thru was very polite and our breakfast was perfect. These palaces compared to previous trips to Hardee's, as the workers were always rude/disrespectful, they get your order wrong, and the food is so-so. Nice to see that Mgmt has made some changes.

Imbfrom out of state. I forgot my debit card at the drive thru. I didn 't realise it until I went to buy gas. I already had my bank on the line when I drove back up to the pick up window, Miss Ella heard my voice (the accent and I heard "she called my name, I have your card! . I wanted to cry tears of relief!. She went on to say if I hadn 't come back she would have called my bank to freeze my card and contact me! Above the normal service!!
