How lucky are we??? Grant Street Grocer have now moved into their brand new completely renovated premise in Grant Street, Alexandra. There is a great feeling as soon as you walk in the door, you know you are in for a treat. I and seven friends went for a quick dinner on Friday Night prior to another engagement we had at the Town Hall at 7pm. We arrived at 5.15pm and had plenty of time for a drink and great light meal, (menu especially created for speedy diners by Al, and still catering for dietary requirements and healthy options . Service was friendly, prompt and the food was well priced and cooked to perfection. Well Done Al and Lisa, keep up the good work.

Awesome place, food and coffee is amazing. A must visit when in Alex. Great selection of wonderful local produce as well.

Had the most amazing meal last night! I'm not too sure which was the highlight...... gnocchi, scallops or duck breast.... to be finished with strawberry and rhubarb pannacotta or the cherry bombe Alaska! Congratulations on a fine establishment which I will definitely be visiting again very soon!

Great. Enjoyed dinner last night. Ricotta gnocchi was a stand out, all food and service excellent. Chocolate tart..amazing. thanks for opening such a great space Lisa and Alan
