Cilantro - Alexandria

This place is excellent with only one drawback; the service quality I get varies from visit to visit. That's not what I'd expect from a big franchise like this one

Nice, quiet and lovely place I had a great time there once and really hope to go there more often.

A nice, basically clean and quiet coffee shop. Coffee is good and fairly priced. Service is friendly, but sometimes a little slow. Good A/C, but the entire room is smokey, even though there 's a small non-smoker area. People say: Amazing food! Really? بجد؟ Pre-made sandwiches and salads, only. No hot food. Nothing interesting to eat here. Really.

Very good coffee, kind service, beautiful clean place. Only a little smokey even in non-smoking tables but this is a normal thing in Egypt

I don't like the place because of of its disgusting smoke smell. Although there is a non-smoking area, the whole area is fogy and full of cigarretes smell. The coffe options are good and you would like to taste the espresso machiato too.
