I Have My Sweetest Memories in This Place Together with The Love Of My Life

After seating and ordering with minutes, we were told that this specific table is reserved and there is a waiting queue, Although there were 2 tables with the view and same options, when I told the waiter this so weird and unusual there for someone to reserve a specific table not table category or view and even if he should tell before taking our orders. Rudely you can the customer the waiter said, which I did and then the customer doesn 't know anything about it, she even didn 't reserve anything. She told me and the manager she was only promoted by the waiter to a better table without even asking. The manger Mohamed apologized in a very decent and friendly way, but this didn 't end it. They came with our order, placed it on table and in a second collected it again saying wrong table sorry. After that they placed the same order in the next table and after the customers next table start eating they complained that wasn 't what they requested. It was ours !!!!!! All of that happened with the place having less than 50% occupation and not the busy hour . . A real misery After apologizing for some mistake, a flood of mistakes followed with no appolgy nor compensation. They even kept the same rude waiter servicing our table after complaining and order misplaced !!!!!!! The location is great,the food is more than good, I used 5o love this place and work from there day or two per week.But with nasty twist of poor service, poor handeling, and rudeness I doubt I will go back there soon. Mohamed the shift manager was the only one with nearly acceptable behaviour although as I said after his appolgy several mistakes and errors happened and he didn 't interfere with us nor with the other table having the reversed issue

The place needs retouching, wall paper is very old and not clean and chairs is not clean too, maintenance is very important for this place. Lighting is warm and calm but in some corners they using lighting like local coffee in streets The food was not bad and staff is very welcoming But whole experience was not better thing any way

Great location but its smoky inside, but the food and beverage are okay and the price is not too high
