The bakery offers outstanding bread, pastries, and coffee. The staff are friendly, and the location is wonderfully quiet. What a fantastic spot!

I didn’t have a chance to snap a photo because I was too hungry, and the food was simply incredible! My friend Josh recommended this place, and I’m so glad I took his advice. I ordered the Grilled Chicken Sandwich (I swapped the mustard for Red Pepper Aioli), the French Onion Soup, and the Pecan Bread Pudding. I was also welcomed by a fantastic team. Special thanks to Markos for the amazing tour. As a former cook in the Navy and chef at the White House Navy Mess, I truly appreciate great food and service when I encounter it. They offer a fantastic breakfast menu featuring various types of fresh bread, sandwiches, rice bowls, pastries, and more. We tried several items at their Alexandria location, and everything was delicious. Although seating is limited, it's perfect for takeout and they serve breakfast all day! Here are some highlights: the chocolate muffin, avocado toast (grilled multigrain topped with sliced avocado, tomatoes, and sprouts), the Breakfast'Wich (a classic bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich on freshly baked sourdough with a light touch of garlic aioli), and French toast (house-made brioche soaked in French egg custard, served with maple syrup and fresh whipped butter). Be sure to also try the BLT, made with thick-cut bacon, sliced tomatoes, lettuce, and garlic aioli on their signature sourdough bread.

The breakfast sandwich was incredible! I also want to thank the employee who took my order for recommending the cinnamon roll—it's absolutely delicious! I don't usually come to this area of the DMV, but now I have a great reason to return.

The restaurant has a friendly staff, excellent coffee, and an outstanding bakery. We tried the lemon cake and the almond croissant, and both were delicious.
