Caribou Coffee - Alexandria

I adore Caribou because of the great service and AMAZING drinks My favorite go-to is the Caribou on Nokomis not only for the convenience of the Drive-thru, but because they always get my order right and because the staff are awesome! Highly recommend as I've been a loyal customer for quite a few years! Took OVER 20 minutes to serve each car in line; people were leaving their cars in line, going inside, and being served before the line ever even moved . Headset left on while I waited to place my order so I could hear them inside clearly struggling with little to no communication between staff members. No apology was given for the HOUR long wait time to get served a coffee and a sandwich . I finally got up to the window; paid, 10 minutes later someone else came to the window and said they didn’t know what my order even was, TEN MORE MINUTES PASS, and they come to the window and for the SECOND TIME, tell me they FORGOT WHAT I ORDERED. Coffee is good but whenever I get a campfire mocha or any specialty drink that has whip and toppings on it I never get them added on. Haven't got chocolate covered coffee beans either like I use to on a mocha. I spend so much for a drink and they don't even put the toppings on, very disappointing. Decent coffee, decent service, overall experience wasn't 5 stars, but I would definitely go here again.
