I literally have to conjure the energy to prep myself for their terrible energy that transfers me as a customer. they really make that they feel bad for hunger. I usually get a tortilla bowl and I'm always sure I ask the cleric to put him in my bowl, so it doesn't pull on the counter. his legit this same worker who rolls his eyes and pretends as if I don't hear, I even overheard other customers who get an salat. after fresh ingredients, and get enslaved. we are literally mozens who only try to eat something aka innocent watcher. I just live on the road so I often have to deal with it, but I have enough. the same high men who refused to tuk my tortilla, but is the same who forgot to charge me for my tassen when I ordered her to destroy my fashioned recently. in the meantime another woman waited for her already paid job and reveived delayed sales. please do it better.
One worker was helping me with my salad and did a great job. After he put the salad, beans, rice and meat another crew worker came to help him on the assembly table. She then proceeded to take my plate and then grab the meat tongs and put half of the meat that was already put it in my bowl back into the container. I was throughly confused as to why she would do this when he had already completed that part of the assembly and then proceeded to tell me that actually he had put to much and that if I kept that much she would have to charge me extra. I thought that this was extremely rude since not only did the portion size not look anything beyond reason for a single portion and the manner in which she just put it back without even giving a second thought to ask or explain. I had no choice to proceed with my order due to work and only having a short amount of time for lunch. She then put my food on a dine in plate even though I told her it was to go and ignored me and went to help the next customer. The other guys who were working did a great job, but I cant see any reason to return if thats how this crew member is allowed to treat customers.
Guy making one of my entrees barely gave me any food and when told to put more food, especially of the guacamole which is an extra charge, used the excuse of people complain too much, which isn't true. He also couldn't wrap my burrito which was half the size they are supposed to be. The food he was scopping was a quarter to half of the serving spoon size. Please retrain this kid. Very unsatisfied with the service.
I always come to this location but today the girl they had serving food at 3:04pm had an attitude and even roll her eyes as she was serving my food. Management needs to teach staff members to smile and provide better customer services period
The workers had excellent hectic here, they put 110% in the position that moved line. I was in aldi.
