Domino's Pizza - Alexandria

Absolutely terrible service. This is my neighborhood Domino?s so I come here probably a few times a month. The guy with the dreadlocks is completely the worst person for customer service. He has a nasty attitude upon entering the establishment, he doesn?t use gloves when making pizzas, and he clearly doesn?t know how to work the cash register. This is the norm for him because the last three times each interaction I?ve had with him has been very disappointing. He seems to work until the establishment closes so moving forward I will never go at that time I?d never go here again!!!! You deserve better !!!!

I ordered Hand Tossed I received CRUNCHY THIN CRUST (old cold hard pizza at that) my 8 year old flips his pizza over and folds it up every time it?s just this time he found something moving on his pizza in which I inspected it surely was a small bug I usually don?t have problems from this store but a bug how disgusting 2 medium size pizzas gone to waste I will NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PARTICULAR LOCATION AGAIN

Charged for a delivery that never showed up even though we kept receiving text updates that it was delivered over an hour later (quality control for over 30min), 30min later we received an email apologizing for the order issue (no idea what happened), Domino's never fixed the issue, still charged us and didn't answer the phone to resolve it.

This pizza is fantastic if you're looking for a quick bite to eat or a dish to share while hanging out with friends. This is definitely the place to go. The service is quick—just a 20-minute wait, and you're good to go. Please note that photography is not allowed inside the restaurant (the pictures were taken at my home).

The delivery person seemed to disappear with my pizza! All the pizza places close around the same time, so now it looks like I'm not getting any food tonight. Update: I’ve changed my rating from 1 star to 4. He eventually arrived and delivered the pizza, although it was 20 minutes later than the expected delivery time.
