Dunkin' - Alexandria

Just don’t even bother they’ll screw up your order go to any other Dunkin just not this one

Didn't have what I wanted. So my aid did her best. They were stale. Animals got them.

So I have a severe love hate relationship with Alexandria Dunkin locations. The ones that are closest to my home are complete and total trash. However, I routinely visit this location and they consistently provide a wonderful experience. The staff has always been friendly and accommodating. They always make my drinks EXACTLY the way I ask for and they don't take forever to get your order.I am so happy I've found one location to always get a delicious iced macchiato from a very friendly employee.The lady who was working on Sunday morning on February 5th is great. She's always friendly and knows how to pay attention to what her customers are ordering.

I went by today they say they open at five A.M. and i went by today at 6:31 and it was still closed there was no one inside and i feel bad because i wanted to go shopping and i check and it's supposed to be open but actually it's closed because no one is there

I travel frequently for work and often visit Dunkin' Donuts, but I won't be returning to this particular location. I can't believe they serve coffee without sweetened milk. Every other Dunkin' Donuts I've been to in the U.S. offers Sweet 'N Low, so I was surprised when they didn't have it here. When I mentioned this to the employee, she gave me an attitude. I recommend staying away from this place.
