Dunkin' - Alexandria

They didn't know how to make my drinks correctly and then only gave me one drink when I paid for two.

My significant other and I stopped at Dunkin Donuts an hour before closing. I ordered an iced coffee and he ordered a medium hot coffee. Both coffees tasted very burnt. We went in to inform them about the coffee and to see if they would make us fresh coffee but they refused because it was an hour before closing and they didn?t want to make a new batch. They did refund our money which is why I gave 3 stars.

Today will mark the last time that I will come to this location. Last week, JUST last week, I used the DD app and I ordered two pancake wraps. The guy brought out my order. Something told me to open it up and saw that instead of pancakes, they used tortilla wraps. Then informed me that DD (not that location) no longer had the pancake wrap. I knew he was full of ****, so I called another location to which they told me they have. I then asked for a refund and went to the other location. Here we are, LESS THAN A WEEK later, I used the app again. I ordered a sesame bagel and asked for strawberry cream spread. I get all the way home, only to get a plain bagel with what looked like butter on a barely toasted bagel. Guess they did not expect me to drive back to them. As soon as the kid saw me, That 's the strawberry spread order right? We didnt get a shipment. Sorry . I asked for a refund and was told the manager is not there to give a refund. So then I asked for what I wanted, to which they said there was no sesame bagel either! YOU CANNOT FULFILL PEOPLE 'S ORDERS JUST TO MAKE YOUR DAILY GOAL OF SALES. YOU CAN GET SOMEONE SICK WITH REPLACEMENTS. AT LEAST OUT OF COURTESY INFORM THE CUSTOMER. WHOEVER THE MANAGER IS HERE IS TERRIBLE! The above practices are very deceptive. I will not be returning to that location.

Needed some pick me up this morning. I'm normally a Starbucks girl but I tired Dunkin this morning and was pleasantly surprised. I order the Caramel Craze Iced coffee, which was good! I also ordered a SEC croissant sandwich. I will Be returning. Quiet store, quick service

Nice workers here and they always make my drink dioecious. Pretty good Dunkin' compared to others in the area.
