El Reparo Mexican - Alexandria

This was a wonderful experience, but unfortunately, the customer service was lacking. It seemed that the staff, including a TIP student, didn't quite grasp their responsibilities. They appeared to be having fun, but it didn't translate into a quality service for the customers.

The restaurant offers the best customer service and excellent hospitality. Their specialty is the delicious fajitas, and the waitstaff provides outstanding attention. The decor is beautiful and very picturesque. Thank you for such great service!

My favorite restaurant! The food is excellent, and the service is satisfactory—not overly friendly, but still good.
